Inana Labs is a product and venture studio exploring how artificial intelligence changes both what we build and how we build it.

The lab thesis

We create products directly, experiment with new agentic production architectures, and turn what works into reusable systems for future ventures. Every project is both an output and an experiment: a way to test how coding agents, multimodal models, tools and human direction can work together as increasingly capable production systems.

Why ‘Labs’

The name is intentional. Inana Labs is a studio, but it is also a laboratory. We use real products and ventures to answer practical questions about AI-native production: which tasks should become agent-led, where human judgement matters most, how autonomous systems should be supervised, and how separate models and tools can become one coherent production environment.
